This Divine Feminine circle will feature Vipassana, one of the world’s oldest meditation practices, a powerful technique of self observation that cultivates mindfulness, inner awareness & emotional balance.

The meditation will be led by Lauren M. a Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master and dance instructor who’s passionate about helping women reconnect with their authentic self.

Together, we’ll slow down, breathe deeply & connect with our intuition through meaningful conversation, meditation, gentle practices and heartfelt sisterhood.
